Boston Baked Beans

Serves 4 | Prep Time 15 minutes | Cook Time 35 minutes

Boston Baked Beans

Ingredients

15 ounces Eden Organic Navy Beans, 1 can, do not drain
or cooked Eden Organic Dry Navy Beans

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup onion, diced

2 Tbsp Eden Bonito Flakes, crumbled, optional

1 Tbsp Eden Organic Brown Mustard, or to taste

1/2 Tbsp Eden Organic Barley Malt Syrup
or organic maple syrup

2 Tbsp organic maple syrup

1/8 tsp Eden Sea Salt

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together, and place in a casserole dish. Cover, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover, and brown the top. Serve.
