Tangy Black Bean Salsa

Tangy Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients

15 ounces Eden Organic Black Beans, 1 can, drained

14.5 ounces Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies,, 1 can, drained

1/2 cup red onion, minced

3 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp dried cilantro
or dried coriander

1 tsp cumin

2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Combine all of the above ingredients. Mix, taste, and add extra lemon juice and shoyu, if desired. Serve with Eden Brown Rice Chips, Sea Vegetable Chips, Vegetable Chips, Wasabi Chips or organic tortillas.
