Place water in a small saucepan and heat up. Reduce flame to low. Place the wasabi into a small bowl or tea cup. Pour 1/2 teaspoon of hot water into bowl and mix with the wasabi to make a thick paste. Set aside for 5 minutes to let the wasabi's flavor develop.
Place 1/4 cup water in a sauce pan and heat up. Reduce the flame to low, add the shoyu and simmer, without boiling, for 2 minutes. Remove from the flame and allow to cool. Pour equal amounts of shoyu mixture into small, individual dipping bowls. Place equal amounts of wasabi paste in each bowl. Mix and serve with vegetable, any Eden Traditional Pasta or sushi.
