Mild Pinto Bean Dip

Mild Pinto Bean Dip

Ingredients

15 ounces Eden Organic Pinto Beans, 1 can drained
or cooked Eden Organic Dry Pinto Beans

1 clove garlic, minced

2 Tbsp red onion, minced

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced

1/4 cup Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies

1 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar

1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and puree until smooth and creamy. Serve with Eden Brown Rice Chips Chips, Sea Vegetable Chips, Vegetable Chips, Eden Arare 5 Flavor Crackers or warm tortillas.
