Brown Rice and Red Quinoa

Serves 3 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 50 minutes

Ingredients

3/4 cup organic short, medium, or long grain brown rice, washed

1/4 cup Eden Organic Red Quinoa

1 pinch Eden Sea Salt

2 cups cold water

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a heavy, small saucepan, cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer 50 minutes. Remove and let sit for 10 minutes before removing and placing in a serving bowl.
