Garden Salad with Dulse

Ingredients

3 cups mixed baby salad greens

1/2 cup cucumber, sliced into rounds

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

1/4 cup pitted Kalamata or black olives

1/2 cup Eden Organic Whole Leaf Dulse, soaked 3 min. and coarsely chopped

1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup Eden Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions

Place all salad greens, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, olives, and dulse in a salad bowl. Mix the oil, vinegar and lemon juice together and spoon over the salad. Toss to mix.
