Umeboshi Tahini Dressing

Umeboshi Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

3 Eden Umeboshi Plums, remove pits

4 Tbsp organic roasted tahini (sesame butter)

2 Tbsp onion, finely grated

2 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

3/4 cup water

1 tsp Eden Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Serve over raw or cooked vegetable salads, sea vegetable salads, organic grain salads or any Eden Pasta or Eden Traditional Japanese Pasta.
