Tossed Salad with Italian Dressing

Serves 4 | Prep Time 15 minutes | Cook Time 0 minutes

Ingredients

4 cups mixed baby salad greens

1 small cucumber, sliced into rounds

1 cup organic cherry tomatoes, whole or halved

Dressing

1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 cup water

2 Tbsp Eden Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

2 Tbsp Eden Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
or 1/2 teaspoon Eden Sea Salt

2 tsp dried basil
or 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh

1 tsp dried oregano
or 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/8 tsp paprika powder

2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Arrange salad in salad bowls and serve with dressing and you favorite accompaniments.
