Mediterranean Marinated Beans

Mediterranean Marinated Beans

Ingredients

15 ounces Eden Organic Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained

15 ounces Eden Organic Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans, rinsed and drained

15 ounces Eden Organic Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained

1/3 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup Eden Red Wine Vinegar

2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce

1/3 cup red onion, minced

1 clove garlic, pressed

3/4 cup celery with leaves, chopped small

1/2 cup red bell pepper, seeded, finely chopped

3 Tbsp fresh basil, minced

1/2 tsp dried oregano

2 tsp organic maple syrup

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cover and marinate overnight or at least 8 hours, stirring occasionally to evenly marinate. Drain and serve.
