Ditalini Pasta with Pistachio Basil Pesto

Ditalini Pasta with Pistachio Basil Pesto


12 ounces Eden Kamut Ditalini
Eden Ziti Rigati or any Eden Pasta

1 4-ounce package Eden Pistachios

1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 cups fresh basil, loosely packed, chopped

2 cups fresh parsley, loosely packed, chopped

2 1/2 Tbsp Eden Shiro Miso

3 to 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

3/4 cup cold water


Cook pasta as package directs. While pasta is cooking, place all remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy. When the pasta is done, quickly rinse under cold water, drain and toss with pesto or serve pasta hot with a large spoonful of pesto sauce on top.
