Superb Fruit - Organic and Delicious

Sweet, delicious fruit has been prized food of humanity forever, but because of today’s societal sugar addiction, fruit’s perceived value and appeal has diminished enormously and along with it, one of our best sources of phytonutrients and antioxidants. Fresh cooked, organically sweet, concentrated spreadable fruit butters with antioxidant and phytonutrient benefits are a wise alternative to today’s tasteless, sugared, artificial, imitation, test tube chemical flavored (‘natural’ flavors) facsimiles that have replaced it. EDEN Fruit Butters contain no refined sugars, GMO pectin or enzymes, artificial vitamins, or preservatives. They are EDEN fruit butters of superlative fruit and simple preparation, with no bad additives at all.
EDEN Fruit Butters are U.S.A. family orchard and vineyard fruit organically grown along the shores of the Great Lakes and New York’s Finger Lakes. These fruit growers benefit from the seasonal lake effect that mitigates frosts, and the soil there is ideal for tasty fruit. We have worked with these families for years, helping them convert their orchards and vineyards to organic. Benefiting from organic management the healthy soil, trees, and vines produce the happiest and most delicious fruit we have come across.

Slow Kettle CookedConcord grapes

EDEN Fruit Butters are patiently slow kettle cooked the old-fashioned way, the only best way. This concentrates the fruit’s flavor and creates delicate texture. No refined sugars or additives are ever used; they are just not needed. The fruit is so good and tasty that it only needs protection from adulteration. There are four stupendous, organic EDEN fruit butters –

EDEN Apple Butter – a blend of traditional varieties organically raised and handled. Hand sorted, washed, peeled, cored, chopped, and slow kettle simmered with a bit of organic EDEN apple juice concentrate to 30 Brix, a bright sweetness. It delivers very pleasurable health benefits to those who enjoy it.

EDEN Apple Cherry Butter – organic EDEN Apple Butter with organic Montmorency tart cherry purée, 84% apples - 16% cherries, slow kettle simmered to a 32 Brix spreadable fruit butter. Vegetarian Times 2010 Foodie Award winner – “Spreadable fruit that tastes like it’s straight from the tree,” they wrote.

EDEN Cherry Butter – simply organic Montmorency tart cherries patiently kettle simmered to a tangy 56 Brix spread, four pounds in each 8 ounce glass jar. Long known as the ‘healing’ cherry, Montmorency tarts contain at least seventeen valuable antioxidants.

EDEN Grape Butter – Concord grapes from a twenty-two year organic family vineyard on the shores of New York’s Keuka Finger Lake. Deep purple grapes have their seeds removed, are ground into a slurry, and steam jacketed kettle cooked to a thick purée that is slow simmered to a 45 Brix, thick, rich, spreadable grape butter that captures the ambrosial aroma of fine Concord grapes. It is wonderful grape butter unlike any other, and dependably EDEN pure, satisfying nourishment.

Discover the flavor and purity that was traditionally enjoyed. You and your family will be pleased. Make your pantry ready with a variety of pure EDEN Fruit Butters, and spread the goodness. They help make healthy eating an easy pleasure.
