Five Big Reasons To Go Organic

Whole Soy Nourishment

Soybeans have been significant human food for at least 5,000 years. Western science has recently confirmed soy as a healthy food. In addition to unique antioxidants and a spectrum of vitamins and minerals, the soybean is rich in high quality vegetable protein with a balance of all the essential amino acids. In 1999 the FDA confirmed the role of soy food in reducing cholesterol, saying a diet rich in soy protein and low in saturated fat may help reduce the risk of heart disease. Nutritionists agree that soyfood made from whole organic soybeans, and properly prepared like EDENSOY, best provides the desired health benefits.

EDEN Pure

EDENSOY created the nondairy liquid food category in July 1983. It remains the only U.S.A. soymilk that is properly prepared to nurture human beings. EDENSOY is 100% Eden selected pure, whole natural food, providing the highest quality soy protein and a whole range of balanced nutrients. When sweetened only gentle unrefined sweeteners are used: a traditionally malted organic barley and wheat blend, and organic maple syrup. EDENSOY flavors include organic fair trade dark cocoa powder, real carob, and unlike any other brand, 100% pure vanilla extract.

EDENSOY was the first soymilk in North America verified to Non-GMO Project standards, and ranked number one of sixty-two brands in the extensively researched Organic Soy Scorecard. Eden organic ingredients, reverse osmosis purified water, refined engineering, 240 continuous quality control checks, and years of study on how to best prepare soybeans for human assimilation, assures the best possible, most pleasing nourishment in soymilk.

Ideal Choice

Unsweetened EDENSOY is the ideal choice for those desiring an unsweetened soymilk. Made from just two ingredients: organically grown, non-gmo soybeans and pure water. Unsweetened EDENSOY is naturally very low in sodium, and a good source of potassium, iron, folate B9, and magnesium. It is the highest in heart healthy whole soy protein of all soymilks on the market with 12 grams per serving. Unsweetened EDENSOY also provides 75mg of naturally occurring protective soy isoflavones, 4.5g of omega 3, 6, and 9 essential fatty acids (EFAs) per serving, and it is and Gluten Free.

Use Unsweetened EDENSOY on cereal, for smoothies, freeze pops, creamy soups, sauces, gravies, breads, pastries, and desserts. Use it cup-for-cup when substituting for other milk (even in soap making). For soy buttermilk, place 1 tablespoon of EDEN Organic Apple Cider Vinegar or lemon juice in 1 cup of Unsweetened EDENSOY and let sit 2 to 3 minutes until thick, then use as you would dairy buttermilk in baking.
