Lemon Salt Bath
This bath is recommended occasionally (once a week or so) to relieve tension and stress, while replenishing minerals and cleansing the skin. Also helpful, over time, to dissolve cellulite. Take this bath just before sleeping as it is deeply relaxing. Do not use frequently, may cause you to become overly tired.
Fill the tub with hot bath water. Add the sea salt. Squeeze the lemon juice from all of the lemons into the tub. Toss the lemons into the tub. Relax for 10 minutes.
